June 22 to August 25 ..............................$90 to $115
August 26 to September 30 ..................$60 to $90
October 1 to February 28, 2009.............$45 to $55

Efficiencies add $10 daily and extra person add $10 daily. Special Events and Holidays rates are slightly higher. Ocean front rooms have higher rates.
 When the reservation is made a one night's deposit is required with the balance due at check-in. These may be paid with cash, Visa, MasterCard, Travelers Checks, Certified Check or Money Order. Cancellations are required 3 days prior to the arrival date, less $10.00, for a refund of the deposit.  Sorry, no refund after check in. Sorry, NO PETS.
